4- Termination Conditions :

The contracts of the founder or founder’s representative or the education personnel are terminated according to the relevant provisions of the Labour Law No. 4857.

5- General Conditions:

a) The education personnel undertakes to work in accordance with the provisions of the Private Education Institutions Law, the relevant regulations, the orders of the Ministry and the provisions of the legislation in force for similar equivalent education institutions.

b) The main duty salaried education personnel are obliged to teach weekly in return for their salary.

If they teach paid courses other than the courses taught, the monthly salary to be paid for these courses shall be calculated in the same way.

c) The monthly salaries of the monthly salaried educational staff on duty are paid for 12 months a year as in public schools, provided that they perform the duties they are obliged to perform according to the regulations.

ç) The monthly course hourly wage of the education personnel who work as paid teaching staff; within a month

is the amount obtained by multiplying the number of course hours taught by the course hour fee shown in this contract for one course hour.

d) The monthly salary of the training personnel is paid at the end of each month by payroll.

e) If the work permit of the training personnel is withdrawn by the relevant official authority, this contract is deemed to be terminated.

f)         In cases where there are no provisions to the contrary in this contract or in cases where there are missing matters, the provisions of the Private Education Institutions Law No. 5580, Labour Law No. 4857, regulations, Ministry orders and other relevant laws shall apply.

g)         For disputes arising out of the application of this contract, the courts of

authorization is accepted by the parties.

6- Special Conditions:

This contract is prepared in 3 copies and one copy is given to the relevant authority for the issuance of a work permit and one copy is given to the personnel who are party to the contract. The other copy remains with the founder or founder representative.
